The roof will be covered with MONIER Coloroof – Mangalore pattern interlocking and double grooved roof tiles shall be 406mm x 254mm, First quality ceramic glazed, double fired clay roof tiles

Color :

The color of the tile will be chosen among following list : terracotta/red brown/green/blue/blue-green/grey, with a glossy finish. Fittings will have the same color and finishing.
